Who Should Attend the Congress?

All Shambhala Centres and groups are requested to send and fund two representatives to the Congress if possible. One representative should be the centre director or coordinator, and one could be the Warrior of the Centre, a Dekyong, or a member selected by the community.

We also encourage other institutions and affiliates within the Shambhala mandala to send a representative, such as The Shambhala Trust, Vajradhatu Publications, The Nalanda Translation Committee, Shambhala Arts Council and so on.

Although precedence is given to official representatives, all individuals are warmly welcome to attend. This year’s Congress can hold up to 250 people.
